Here at General Beton, we aim to diversify ourselves and be involved in projects that bring about a challenge. With the development of high-rise buildings across NSW and South-East QLD, we have been actively involved in pumping concrete up to levels that are 250m high. The challenge in the construction of high-rises involves the delivery of concrete and the pump-ability of high strength concrete along a long pipeline. We have successfully completed projects that are examples of the challenge we have taken on to achieve the optimum concrete finish. These include:
- Altitude- Church St, Parramatta – two towers consisting of 54 and 38 levels respectively.
- Infinity- Herschel St, Brisbane – Single tower consisting of 81 levels.
- Soleil- Adelaide St, Brisbane – Single tower consisting of 74 levels.
- Skyhaus- Macquarie St, Liverpool – twin towers consisting of 30 levels each.
We look forward to accept more challenges in high-rise development using our fleet of concrete pumps and skilled labour.
The Team at General Beton.
