General Beton is currently involved in 2 projects with the Parkview Group across Macquarie Park and North Sydney. Polaris, North Sydney envisions true engineering in its innovative design. The project is a 24-storey high rise tower consisting of 232 residential apartments, and a basement carpark spanning over 5 levels.

Our experience and leadership at General Beton in the industry assisted in dealing with many challenges throughout this project. Polaris is situated on the busy Pacific Highway and so this site in its initial stages would create multiple disturbances to the CBD traffic. General Beton engineered a solution of situating our vehicles and pumping equipment along Berry Street and Steep Street, adjacent to the job site. These roads had an incline and so, General Beton designed a moveable levelling platform to ensure there was a consistent flow of concrete on the day of a pour with no disturbances.
